Information
and Advice volunteers identify and research information, act on clients’
behalf, and help with letter writing; undertaking diagnosis, and provide
information with options and identifying action.

can help with benefit entitlement checks – covering pensions, means-tested benefits
and disability related benefits

users on statutory social care services available and options

details of local sheltered and residential care options
