Summer activities at Purbeck Sports Centre
Purbeck Sports Centre, Wareham, has sports for all the family this summer, whatever the weather or budget.
The
popular six week of activities returns from Saturday 21 July to Monday 3
September. There are sports and games for kids, including swimming,
gymnastics, trampolining, snorkelling and diving, football, cycling
lessons and racket sports.
With
the children catered for, there’s a lot for the adults too, including
tennis, table tennis, modern gym, exercise classes, swimming, sauna and
badminton. Alternatively, why not relax in AllStars Sports Bar and Café
or watch Sky TV.

Childcare can be taken care of with the OFSTED-registered Kool 4 Kidz Club which runs every day during the holidays.
For
the 5-8s, there are mini sports and games, arts and crafts, soft play,
and fun and games in the swimming pool. 8-14s can enjoy badminton,
climbing, football, martial arts, tennis, squash, basketball, hockey and
swimming.
Fridays are fun days, with football challenges and adventures, Wacky Warriors, It’s a Knockout and athletics.
The club costs £17.50 a day or £9.50 for a half day. Booking in advance is recommended.
