Vacancy for Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer
West Lulworth Parish Council is seeking someone to take on the position of Clerk/Responsible Financial
Officer from 3rd. February 2014.
The position
requires someone to work from home; the commitment is 22 hours a month, with
one evening meeting on the first Monday of each month and the Annual Parish
Meeting in March. The successful
candidate will be a good communicator and be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel. Responsibilities include preparation of agendas, taking minutes at the
monthly meetings and dealing with all correspondence. The Clerk is also
the Financial Officer, responsible for paying invoices, accounting and
budgeting.
Rate
of Pay in accordance with N.A.L.C. part time rates depending on qualifications
and experience.
