organised by the Weymouth & Portland 2012 Operations Team.

Members
of the public can come and meet representatives from various London 2012 and
local authorities, ask questions and get information on a range of topics all
related to the London 2012 Sailing events coming to Dorset, Weymouth & Portland
in the summer of 2012.
A
general presentation will be held at each location at 1.00pm and again at 6.00
pm covering all aspects of local preparations for the London 2012 Games.
Entry
to the drop-ins is free of charge and is open to all local residents and
businesses.
